Public Consultation
The Site
The site comprises 11 hectares of agricultural land used for turf-growing on the eastern edge of Withington. It consists of grassland, with hedgerows and occasional trees at its boundaries.
The site’s position means it can:
-
Extend the village in a logical and contained way;
-
Retain strong connections to the countryside; and
-
Allow for generous green space within the development.
